Jasmine wanted a gel manicure next Tuesday afternoon. Della offered 2:00, read it back, and booked it after Jasmine said yes. Jasmine asked whether Della was a person; Della said she is the salon's AI receptionist.
- Asked permission before recording (Florida caller)
- Read the booking back before booking
- Answered honestly that she is an AI
- Did not quote nail-art pricing; said the tech would confirm in person
The front desk, without the desk.
Three things she does all day.
Answers every call and books it into Square.
Day or night, first ring. She checks what's open, reads it back, and books only after they say yes.
Texts, DMs and emails wait for your OK.
Every reply is a draft until you tap Send. Newsletters and vendors go in a separate pile.
If someone asks for you, she takes a message.
No voicemail nobody checks. She takes a name and number and puts a callback on your Today page.
Your morning, on one page.
What needs you, what she handled, what's next.

Some things always come to you. The full list is public and written in plain English.

- Answer a complaint on her own
- Say "you're booked" before you are
- Text anyone who said STOP

Straight answers.
What happens when someone asks for me?
She takes their name and number, keeps them on the line, and puts a callback on your Today page. You also get an email right away. If you'd rather she rings your cell live, that's a setting.
Will she say she's an AI?
Yes, whenever someone asks. She never pretends to be a person, and in states that require it she asks before recording.
Can I turn her off?
Any time, from one switch. Pause just calls, just texts, or all of it. Your line goes back to ringing the way it did before.
What does she do with texts, DMs and emails?
She writes a reply and waits for you to tap Send. Newsletters and vendors are sorted into a separate pile. Anyone who texts STOP is never texted again.
What won't she do?
Give medical advice, take payments or refunds, answer a complaint on her own, or say something is booked before it is. Anything like that comes to you. The full list is public.
What does a month really cost?
The base, plus a fee for each appointment she books, plus phone time at $0.15 a minute. Forty bookings and a normal month of calls lands around $270. There's no contract, and every charge sits next to the booking that caused it.
Hear her answer. Then decide.
Call the line, book a fake appointment, and read the record she leaves behind. If you like what you hear, set her up before your next client.
